 ZUMBA®  is now offered at FCC - Moore!  Zumba® is a fun, calorie burning, aerobic workout that combines irresistible music with easy to follow moves.  It’s exercise in disguise. 

Crystal Forinash will be facilitating a Zumba® fitness program on  Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7:15 - 8:15 pm.  The classes are $4 each (punch cards are available - 5 classes for $15).  For more info contact Crystal at 626-8711 or zumba_with_crystal@yahoo.com.
